We read every message and try to reply within a few days. Because the site is run by one maintainer, complex requests may take longer.

For bug reports, please include

• Your browser and its version, and your operating system.
• The file format and approximate size of the image you were editing.
• The steps that lead to the problem, and what you expected to happen.
• A screenshot, if it helps. Please do not send private images; editing happens locally, so they are not needed.

Other topics

• Feature requests: describe what you want to do, not only the feature name. It helps to know your goal.
• Privacy questions: see the privacy policy first, then write if something is unclear.
• Advertising: if an ad looks inappropriate, send us the page address and a description, and we will report it to the ad provider.
