How to use it
- Add your images: drop them on the page, choose files, or paste from the clipboard.
- Pick pixels or percent. In pixels, enter a width, a height or both. If you fill in only one, the other follows the original proportions.
- Check the preview. It shows the new size and the new file size.
- Press the process button, then download each file or all of them as one ZIP.
Tips
- For a website or a social post, set only the width and keep the aspect ratio on. Every image then gets the same width.
- Making an image smaller keeps it sharp. Making it larger cannot add detail, so turn on "do not enlarge" when you resize a mixed batch.
- Choose JPG or WebP for photos and PNG for graphics with transparency. WebP is usually the smallest.
- The saved files do not carry the camera data (EXIF), such as the shooting location.
Frequently asked questions
Are my images uploaded?
No. The resizing happens in your browser tab. Nothing is sent to a server, and closing the tab removes the images from memory.
Can I resize many images at once?
Yes. Add as many as you like (up to 200 per batch). The same settings are applied to each one, and you can download them together as a ZIP file.
Will resizing reduce the quality?
Shrinking an image keeps it sharp, and the file gets smaller too. Enlarging cannot create detail that is not there, so enlarged photos look soft.
What is the largest image I can use?
Up to about 120 megapixels, but the real limit depends on your device and browser. Phones handle fewer very large images than a computer.
