How to use it
- Add your images.
- Choose how much to enlarge: 1.5x, 2x, 3x or 4x. The preview shows the size you will get.
- Adjust the sharpening until the edges look crisp but not harsh. Turn it down if you see bright outlines around objects.
- Process the images and download them one by one or as a ZIP.
Tips
- Enlarging works best on images that are already fairly clean. A blurry or heavily compressed photo stays blurry, only bigger.
- Enlarge in one go to the size you need instead of enlarging a result again and again.
- Save as PNG if you will edit the result further. JPG and WebP are smaller but lose a little quality each time they are saved.
- The result is limited to about 25 megapixels, which is enough for a 5000 x 5000 px image.
Frequently asked questions
Does this use AI to add detail?
No. It enlarges the image smoothly in steps and then sharpens the edges. That makes small images look cleaner when they are bigger, but it cannot invent detail the way AI upscalers try to.
How much can I enlarge an image?
Up to 4x, as long as the result stays within about 25 megapixels. Very large enlargements of small images look soft whatever tool you use.
Can I enlarge many images at once?
Yes. The same settings are applied to every image in the list, and you can download them together as a ZIP file.
Are my images uploaded?
No. The enlargement runs in your browser, so your images stay on your device.
